Aligning with the campaign’s core theme, General Manager Xu Yongming outlined nine key focus areas for “Work Safety Month”:
Mobilizing personnel across the organization comprehensively
Conducting specialized study sessions and promotional activities
Organizing thematic publicity campaigns
Rolling out rotational training at the practical training base
Executing targeted inspections and rectifications for hazardous chemicals
Deepening investigations to eliminate safety risks and hidden hazards
Participating in the National Online Public Welfare Campaign for Work Safety
Accelerating the final sprint toward completing tasks under the Three-Year Action Plan for Root-Cause Safety Rectification
Organizing participation in the 4th “Genertec Machine Tool Cup” Advanced Individual Selection
He stressed that the company must leverage the launch of the new training base as an opportunity to transform employee mindsets from compliance (“I am required to be safe”) to proactive awareness (“I want to be safe, and I know how to be safe”), ensuring all measures yield tangible results.

Vice General Manager Gai Liya communicated the spirit of the Genertec Group’s overarching ‘Work Safety Month’ kickoff meeting and delivered a briefing on the infrastructure of the newly inaugurated Work Safety Training Base.
Spanning an area of 102 square meters, the facility features four main functional modules: Virtual Reality (VR) Fire Extinguishing, AED Emergency First Aid, Wire Rope Safety Operations, and Simulated Fire Escape Evacuation. By blending VR simulation with real-world operations, the base effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional safety training that often ’emphasize theory over practice,’ providing all personnel with a standardized, auditable, and practical hands-on training platform.

Following the ceremony, attendees observed the inaugural emergency response drill conducted inside the new facility. Moving forward, Genertec Shenyang Machine Tool will progressively roll out a series of corporate activities, including safety knowledge competitions, a ‘Snap-and-Report’ hazard campaign, an Emergency Drill Week, and team-level micro-classrooms. These efforts aim to foster a pervasive culture where safety is universally understood and practiced, reinforcing a robust security barrier for high-quality corporate growth.
